 Talking to Teens intends to have the Mass better understood. Young people need assistance to understand and interpret the rituals and symbols that many adults have experienced and studied for years. We cannot expect that youth will simply “get it” by being present.  For many teens, liturgy is “boring” not because they feel the eucharist is meaningless but because they do not understand the symbols and symbolic actions.
